[Korean Traditional Food] Ddeokbbokki(Spicy Rice Cakes, 떡볶기)

1. Ingredients : rice cakes, boiled fish paste, cabbage, carrot, scallion, eggs



2. How to Make Marinade
1) Put some hot pepper paste in a bowl.
2) Add some hot pepper powder, chopped garlic, corn syrup, sugar, and soybean sauce to the pepper paste.
3) Stir well.


3. How to Make Spicy Rice Cake

1) Boil two eggs and remove the shells.


2) Pour 2 cups of water in a pan. Add the marinade. Mix well.



3) Put the rice cakes in when the water boils.

 

4) Add the boiled fish paste.



5) Throw the vegetables in the pan. Stir well.


6) You can add some instant noodles just before taking it off the heat.


Time to eat spicy rice cakes.
It looks delicious, doesn’t it?

It’s perfect when you feel hungry and you can’t wait for lunch or dinner.
